They are generous the toppings and each pizza is good for at least 3 people, and their slices are huge - although you can specify how you'd like your pizza cut/cooked. Apizza Scholls has received a ton of awards and praise... it’s well deserved! Their pizza has good undercarriage, a flavorful sauce, and fantastic ingredients. After a few of years of trial & errors making pizzas for friends & family on our day off from making breads, we opened our pizzeria ‘Scholls Public House’ in January of 2004.Preheat stone on lowest oven rack at max temp for an hour. Place two cookie sheet pans on the rack above the stone (forming a new oven ceiling if you will). In my case this new ceiling is 4.5 inches above the rack with the stone on it and about 3 .75 inches above the stone itself.
